1. Agreement

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity, "you") and jmgBB ("we", "us" or "our") concerning your access to and use of the website and any other media form, channel, mobile website or application related, linked or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. 3. User Representations

4. User Registration

You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene or otherwise objectionable.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

6. User-Generated Content

The Site may invite you to chat, contribute to or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute or broadcast content and materials on the Site or to us, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions or personal information or other material (collectively, "Content"). Other users of the Site and third-party websites may view Content. Therefore, any Content you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. When you create or make available any Content, you represent and warrant that: the creation, distribution, transmission, public display or performance of your Content will not infringe any third party rights; you are the creator and owner of the Content or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to use and authorize us and other users to use your Content; your Content is not false, inaccurate or misleading; your Content is not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable; and your Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

By posting your Content to any part of the Site, you automatically grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid license to host, use, copy, disclose, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, archive, store, cache, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit and distribute such Content for any purpose. We do not assert any ownership over your Content. You retain full ownership of all Content and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Content.
